2023 Fall Season | Football Registration

All forms must be received before players are eligible to practice on July 31.

To facilitate a smooth registration process for your family, please have the following items completed as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE equipment will not be issued unless your registration is complete.

Practice and game day Spirit packs will not be delivered until all registration forms and payment have been received. Please complete registration by July 26th to ensure you are ready to go for the first practice on July 31st.

West Springfield Athlete Registration

Mandatory for all student athletes. ( This is the school’s registration site – please complete online)

Physical Form

Mandatory for all student athletes. All players must have a physical dated after May 1, 2023. Go to the site, print out the form, and have the athlete’s doctor and guardians fill it out. If your athlete attended the FCPS Physical Night on June 8, 2023, the Athletic Trainer will collect the forms at SoCo HS. If you did not attend FCPS Physical Night, you can email the physical to the trainer, Chris Worrell at cworrell@fcps.edu or you can bring it to registration.

Concussion Education

All players and one parent must complete the training. Please sign, print (slide 48), and turn in the verification form at registration.

Activity Fee Payment Form

Complete the Activity Fee Payment Form below. This form is where you enter your players’ shirt and short sizes for their Spirit Pack. Please pay the registration fee on the follow-on web pages. Please put the name of your athlete(s) in the notes/comments box. If you are paying by check or cash, you can bring it to registration.

Emergency Care Card (SS/SE-3 )

Mandatory for all student athletes. Go to this site, find the SS/SE-3 Form, fill it out, print it, and bring it with you to the registration.

Team Mailing List

Sign up for Team Communications! Shared with the WSHS football coaching staff and the TCB board so they can communicate with you about practices, games, fundraisers, and other team-related topics only. Form required for each player in family and at least one parent (with email).

Activity Fee Payment Form

The cost for the 2023 Fall Team Practice Pack will be $325 for Seniors and $300 for underclassmen. Each player receives: Pregame Meals, 1 Team Specific Girdle, 1 Mouthpiece, 2 practice outfits (two short sleeved shirts, two shorts), 1 game day compression shirt, the End of Season Banquet, and Senior Banquet (if applicable).
