WE NEED YOUR PARTICIPATION!!!

Our 2024 Letter Campaign Fundraiser will be held on Saturday, August 17th. This is our only Fall fundraiser! Please help us make it a successful one!

Each player is asked to bring a list of 10 names and addresses of extended family and friends (we prefer those that do not live in the area!) to be mailed a donation request letter with a stamped return envelope for potential donations.

Players may bring in a list of ten businesses to send the donation request to, but the business must have a Springfield address (only one letter will be sent to the identified business and that is first come first serve). Each business will be marked for completion so that no player can double up.

OPT OUT OPTION- Some families may not feel the most comfortable in sending donation request letters although we really hope this is not the case as many people do willingly donate generously! For those cases, a player/family may donate $100 to the program to fulfill this requirement. (Our goal is to average $10 per letter sent out). Checks made out to Spartan Touchdown Club Boosters are preferred, although cash will be accepted.

No one who receives a donation letter request is obligated to donate. This venture yields us $10,000-$14,000 each year, which is vital to the yearly program operations expense that we occur.
